Light-weight, corrosion-resistant and manufactured under strict quality standards, Flowtite pipe is available in over five pressure classes and four stiffness classes. Diameters from DN 100 – DN 3000 can be supplied and lengths up to 12m.

Growing awareness of the operational cost savings and superior corrosion resistance offered by fiberglass-reinforced pipe by Flowtite operations has resulted in widespread use for the following applications:

• Water transmission and distribution (potable and raw water)
• Sanitary sewerage collection systems and outfalls (direct bury and sliplining)
• Storm sewers
• Hydroelectric penstock lines
• Seawater intake and outfalls
• Circulating cooling water, make-up and blowdown lines for power plants
• Industrial applications

In replacing other materials Flowtite pipe delivers long, effective service life with low operating and maintenance costs. And, Flowtite pipe is usually the lowest cost option up front too.

Flowtite technology is committed to a leadership role when it comes to process and product improvements. We carry out basic "materials” research, which has led to significant improvements.

We are also assuming a leadership position in GRP pipe specification development. Flowtite technology personnel hold positions of authority in nearly all, significant, global standardization organizations. This includes International Organization for Standardization (ISO), American Society For Testing Materials (ASTM), American Water Works Association (AWWA), and the Committee for European Normalization (CEN). In fact, it was Flowtite technology personnel that carried out the basic research and chaired the ASTM committees responsible for revising the water and sewer pipe standards that currently exist today.
